Emotional Abuse leaves behind injuries that can be profound and long-term, but remain invisible to the eyes of most people. It is often not recognized as such - for example because of the psychological violence itself or because of its prevailing trivialization in society. There is a lot of informative literature, exchange spaces and possibilities for help, but for that, affected people first have to know what they actually have to look for.
This is how my desire arose to add something to the educational work that has been progressing on this topic in recent years. The thought of using pictures to reach people, who can't express themselves with words or don't even know the words for what they've been through, inspired me to create the book "Dir geht es gut" as a part of my bachelor project. It is not a complete work, but should rather be understood as a comprehensive concept.
